Purpose
An account in general revenue consisting of hemp grower’s license application and renewal fees, participation fees, site modification fees and collection/testing fee. Penalties for violations by license holders are deposited to the account. Money from the account may be appropriated only to the Department of Agriculture for administration of hemp cultivation.
