Purpose
To deposit the proceeds from the sale of the State of Texas Veteran's Housing Assistance Bonds Series 1992. Money in the fund is used for the purpose of making home mortgage loans and qualified home improvement loans to eligible Texas veterans (and certain surviving spouses), to pay the cost of making such home loans, and to pay the cost of issuing the bonds.
