Purpose
Created in the treasury for deposit of specialty license plate fees and related revenue collected under Subchapter G, Transportation Code previously deposited in various General Revenue accounts. Also includes balances of specialty license plate General Revenue accounts for specialty license plate established under Subchapter G, Transportation Code. Dedicated balances and revenues are to be deposited into accounts within the fund to be used in accordance with their specific statutory purpose.
