Created in 1997 by H.B. 3585, 75th Leg., R.S. for the receipt of revenues from the sale of the state's interest in certain real property to the City of Austin. The proceeds used only by the Texas Building and Procurement Commission for relocating operations of the State Aircraft Pooling Board from the Robert Mueller Municipal Airport to the Austin Bergstrom International Airport. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
