Purpose
An account in the general revenue fund used to develop, administer, and implement the statewide water public awareness program to educate residents about water (Section 16.02).
The account consists of transfers, appropriations, interest and investment earnings, gifts, grants, donations, and proceeds from the sale of educational or public awareness material.
Receives transfers from 0484 - Texas Water Fund.
