Purpose

To receive money allocated by law for furtherance of public road construction and maintaining/policing of a system of state highways. State Infrastructure Bank is an account in the highway fund to receive proceeds of bonds issued under § 222.075, and other eligible federal and state dollars. Funds may not be pledged or encumbered to guarantee a loan obtained or insure bonds issued by a public or private entity for costs associated with a toll facility.
