Created in 1974 by Education Code § 51.008(b) to maintain that portion of the Series 1974 Building Revenue Bonds Interest and Sinking Fund arising from transfer of funds from the Available University Fund (0011), to hold in reserve money to pay the principal and interest as scheduled to come due on the University of Texas at Austin Building Revenue Bonds, Series 1974.
