Created in 1972 by Tex. TRANSP. CODE ANN. ch. 391 to receive and disburse revenues from any source to implement the Texas Highway Beautification System. Exempt from loss of dedication (§ 403.094, Government Code) by H.B. 3050, 74th Leg., R.S. Creative language stricken by S.B. 1420, 82nd Leg., R.S. and revenues redirected to State Highway Fund (0006), effective 9-1-11.
