Created in 1981 by TEX. WATER CODE ANN. § 32.014(b) to receive all the money collected under provisions of the Water Well Drillers Act to be used for administration. The account was abolished by H.B. 3231, 75th Leg., R.S., effective 9-1-97. Unexpended balances in the account are to be transferred to GR Account - Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Occupational Licensing (No. 0468).
