Purpose
To receive federal dollars and other authorized revenue. May be used for salaries, purchases of equipment and supplies and other expenses necessary for the operation of the Department of Public Safety. Unless federally restricted, undedicated and unobligated funds may be appropriated to Criminal Justice Division of Governor's Office for grants under the Border Crime Grant Program
