To receive court costs collected from defendants convicted under certain sections of the Penal Code. Defendants convicted of a felony pay $133, convicted of a Class A or B misdemeanor pay $83 and convicted of a nonjailable misdemeanor pay $40. This account receives 5.0034%. Money in the account is allocated to all local law enforcement agencies for continuing education of law enforcement personel.
