Purpose
To receive all cash accruing to the Texas State Technical College System from all sources except auxiliary enterprises, noninstructional services, agency and restricted funds, endowment funds, student loan funds, and Constitutional College Building Amendment Funds. To be used for operation and maintenance of the institute.
