Created in 1951 by Education Code §§ 51.008, 88.203, 88.204; Op. Tex. Att'y Gen. No. H-704 to receive the income from land sales and general activities of the Texas Agricultural Experimental Station; such income is to be used for the operation and maintenance of the station. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
