Fee increases exempt from loss of dedication (§ 403.094 Government Code) by H.B. 3050, 74th Leg., R.S. Federal dollars exempt as a federal account. 

Receives excess revenues from periodic screening, diagnosis and treatment fees for financing the department's laboratory facility per H.B. 3050 and H.B. 2022, 74th Leg., R.S. Construction of laboratory facility completed in 2002.
