Purpose
To serve as depository for various grants of federal money received by State Department of Health Resources to support programs for mental health, cancer, venereal disease, crippled children, maternal and child health, general health and hospital building. Also receives excess revenues from periodic screening, diagnosis and treatment fees for financing the departments laboratory facility per H.B. 3050 and H.B. 2022, 74th Leg., R.S.
