Created in 1949 by TEX. CONST. art. III, § 49-b; TEX. NAT. RES. CODE ANN. § 161.176 to provide a reserve for the payment of debt service on all Veterans Land Bonds, Division A. Bond repaid and fund deleted in 1999.
