An escrow fund in the treasury for distribution to breed registries (horse and greyhound) for the Texas-bred program.
A portion of breakage from horse and greyhound racing is deposited to the fund along with 1% of certain horse and greyhound multiple wagering pools from live races and 1% from simulcast races.
