Created in 1995 by Texas Constitution art. III, §§ 49b, 49b-1, 49b-2; Natural Resources Code, chapters 161 and 162 to deposit proceeds of taxable bond issues related to the Veterans Land Board land programs. Separate accounts will be established in the fund as required for each individual issue. Inactivated in June 2006.
