Purpose


To receive rents and payments charged by the commission to an agency or institution occupying a building acquired, constructed, repaired or renovated with public building bond proceeds. To receive investment income not needed for project costs from the Public Building Bond Project Fund (0564). Funds may be used to finance appropriations to the commission or other state agencies or institutions for payment of rents and fees. The legislature may transfer funds from this account to GR Account -- Capitol Trust (0543) for other purposes after all building bonds duly paid.

Disposition of Balance Accumulative. Excess balances in account transferred to General Revenue (0001) at end of each biennium.
