Created in 1983 by TEX. OCC. CODE ANN. § 554.007; TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 403.011 to receive all funds collected by the Board under the Pharmacy Act as appropriated by the Legislature. Abolished and balance transferred to the General Revenue Fund (No. 0001) by S.B. 410, 79th Leg., R.S., effective 9-1-05.
