Created in 1985 by TEX. CONST. art. III, § 49-b; TEX. NAT. RES. CODE ANN. § 161.171 to receive deposit of receipts from sale of bonds for payment of issue, delivery and debt service costs for purchase of land for resale to qualified veterans, payment of land development costs and purchase of bonds or obligations of U.S. Government.
