Purpose

To receive money from lifetime hunting, fishing, combination licenses, private contributions, grants/donations and interest income. Money and interest may be used only to acquire, develop, manage and repair public hunting/fishing areas and to make capital purchases related to fisheries and wildlife resources. Account must retain a $20 million balance. Invested based on commission rule.
