Established in 1985 by H.B. 309, 69th Leg., R.S. by TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 481.056 to receive proceeds from bond sales to support the purposes of the Texas World Trade Council and Texas World Trade Development Authority. Repealed by S.B. 932, 75th Leg., R.S., effective 9-1-97.
