Purpose

Commission may collect a service charge for acquisition, warehousing, distribution, or transfer of federal property. Used for the normal operations of the agency. Commission may not collect a charge for federal real property in an amount greater than reasonable administrative costs incurred. All transfers out of this account must have approval from a federal administrator since receipts are derived from federally donated property (U.S. Code Ann., Title 40 § 301).
