Created in 1986 by H.B. 196, H.J.R. 19, 69th Leg., R.S. by TEX. CONST. art. III, § 49f; TEX. AGRIC. CODE ANN. § 59.021 to receive money received as repayment of financial assistance and money from Farm and Ranch Finance Program Fund (0575) until account fully funded as provided by resolution of the authority shall be deposited. Deleted in 1999.
