Established by TEX. WATER CODE ANN. § 26.358 in 1987 to receive fees, penalty and interest for late payment, cost recoveries for corrective and enforcement actions, funds from insurers, guarantors or other sources of financial responsibility, federal and other funds received for the storage tank program. The account was abolished by H.B. 3231, 75th Leg., R.S., effective 9-1-97. Balances are to be transferred to GR Account -- Waste Management (No. 0549).
