Created in 1987 by TEX. CONST. art. III, § 49h to hold accrued interest paid by the purchaser at closing, the investment earnings from all funds and all money appropriated for the payment of the principal, premium, if any, or interest on all bonds issued. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
