Created in 1990 by TEX. CONST. art. III, § 49h; TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. arts. 601d, 601d-3 to pay the project costs as described in the lease, the costs of issuance, and the Texas Public Finance Authority operations. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2008.
