Created in 1990 by TEX. CONST. art. III, § 49h and TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. arts. 601d, 601d-3 so that if as a result of any event of damage, destruction, or condemnation, the Commission desires to restore any portion of any project with the proceeds of any insurance claim or condemnation award, such amount shall be deposited to this fund. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
