Created in 1990 by TEX. CONST. art. III, § 49h and TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. arts. 601d, 601d-1 to receive the deposit of accrued interest received from the sale of bonds and fund investment earnings, to pay bond debt service obligations. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
