Created 1990 per TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. ch. 1232 and TEX. CONST. art. III sec. 49-h. If as a result of an event of damage, destruction, condemnation the commission desires to restore a portion of a project with proceeds of insurance claim or condemnation award, amount shall be deposited to this fund. Comptroller shall administer restoration fund as if it were project fund in all aspects. Money remaining after completion of project restoration transferred to Trustee for deposit to the revenue fund. Original proceeds deposited to Project Fund (0564). Inactivated August 2015 as projects were completed FY2012.
