Purpose

To receive contributions from any public retirement system whose governing board voted to make an annual contribution in order to participate in educational programs and activities provided by the State Pension Review Board. To receive fees (based on whether or not trustees, administrators, or systems contribute to this fund) for training sessions, schools and other educational activities for the trustees and administrators of public retirement systems. Money in the fund may be appropriated only to assist in paying staff salaries, operating and actuarial expenses of the board, and for training and educational activities.
