Created in 1989 by TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 481.059 to receive appropriations, transfers, guarantee fees, other money received from operation of the program, and interest paid on account. S.B. 266, 75th Leg., R.S. provided the Department of Economic Development may not guarantee or make a loan under this section after 8-31-97 and established new Capital Access Account 5035 for future loans. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
