Created in 1990 by TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 601d to deposit project acquisition amount from the sale of bond proceeds. The fund was to be applied to project acquisition cost, with remaining balances being applied to payments for construction project cost. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
