Created in 1990 by TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 601d to deposit accrued interest from the sale of bonds in an amount equal to the acquisition ratio times accrued interest to be applied to bond obligation payments prior to any other source of payment. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
