Created in 1992 by TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 601d. If, as a result of event of damage, destruction, or condemnation commission desires to replace or repair equipment with proceeds of insurance claim or condemnation award, amount shall be deposited to this fund. Comptroller shall treat and administer restoration fund as if it were acquisition fund in all aspects. Money remaining after completion of repair or replacement of the applicable equipment, shall be transferred to the Trustee for deposit to the revenue fund. Deleted in 1999.
