Created in 1992 by TEX. CONST. art. III, § 49h and TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. arts. 601d, 601d-1 to receive deposit of proceeds from the sale of bonds, except for amounts deposited to Interest and Sinking Fund (0720) and investment earnings. Used to pay cost of issuance and project cost as defined in the bond resolution. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
