ANN. arts. 601d, 601d-1 to receive deposit of accrued interest from bond sale proceeds, pledged revenues, and the unused balance of the Issuance Cost and Operations Fund (0739). To be used to make debt service payments. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
