Created in 1996 by TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 601d to deposit construction amounts from the sale of bond proceeds. The fund is to be applied to any project construction costs, and any issuance cost in excess of amounts available in the cost of issuance fund. Arbitrage rebate amount to be transferred to the Rebate Fund (No. 0794). No longer utilized, inactivated in 2008.
