Created in 1996 by TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 601d to receive deposit of amount necessary to maintain balance equal to maximum annual principal and interest requirements on bond issues. Used to make debt service and other charges related to debt service. No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
