Created in 1996 by TEX. CONST. art. III § 49h; TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. arts. 601d, 601d-1 to receive proceeds from the sale of bonds (except accrued interest) and investment earnings. To pay cost of issuance and project costs. Arbitrage rebate amount to be transferred to the Rebate Fund (No. 0754). No longer utilized, inactivated in 2008.
