Created 2002 under Government Code 403.011, the trust account is created with the treasury and is established in the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) to facilitate processing and reporting of project revenues and expenditures, including payroll, through USAS. Administered by Texas Department of Transportation. Bond proceeds deposited to the account have been spent. Account inactivated June 2014.
