Purpose
Deposit maintenance tax surcharge assessed against insurance companies writing workers' compensation insurance. Amounts deposited temporarily in trust and ultimately cleared to Safekeeping Trust Company as provided in the bond resolution. Surcharges will be used to pay all debt service on revenue bonds issued pursuant to article 5.76-3 § 3, Insurance Code.
