Created in 1988 by TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 403.015 to serve as a holding fund for payments made by various agencies and funds to vendors. Funds were transferred to this account by the daily USAS processing run. At the conclusion of the daily run, one warrant per financial institution was generated for credit to the vendor accounts in that institution.
