Purpose


To receive security bonds submitted by businesses required to pay the sexually oriented business fee under Business and Commerce Code sec. 102.052.

Businesses with a history of delinquent payments will be required to submit a surety bond equal to four times the quarterly average of actual fees reported or, in the case of no reports, an estimate.
