Created in 1951 by TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 606.002 to hold, separate and apart from all public money, the contributions by the state and political subdivisions of the state for Old Age and Survivors Insurance. The money was accumulated in this fund and paid over to the appropriate Federal Authorities at designated times.
No longer utilized, inactivated in 2002.
