To receive $12.50 of marriage license fee collected under § 118.022, Local Government Code and donations. Amounts credited to the trust under § 118.022, Local Government Code that were transferred to an operating account used only for child abuse and neglect prevention programs.

The trust fund and the Children's Trust Fund of Texas Council, Agency 355 were abolished and the program transferred to the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (Agency 530) by S.B. 1475, 77th Leg., R.S. effective September 1, 2001.
