TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. §§ 323.101, 323.501, 323.103 added 1987 by H.B. 79, 69th Leg., 3rd C.S. to record receipt of county sales and use taxes collected by Comptroller for each county authorizing the collection.
Effective September 1, 1996, city, county, MTA and SPD taxes combined into a single new trust account (0882).
