Purpose

Created in General Revenue to receive balances in excess of $100,000 plus amount necessary to cover obligations from General Revenue Account -- Inaugural (0472) on date the inaugural committee dissolved. To decorate, furnish, preserve, improve the Capitol, Governor's Mansion, or other state property of historical significance, or for grants in support of public schools or other charitable causes at the discretion of the inaugural endowment fund committee.
