Created under TEX. CRIM. PROC. CODE ANN. art. 37.072 to receive court ordered special services fees from defendants convicted under certain sections of the Penal Code to be used for the purpose of establishing and maintaining programs for abused children counseling authorized by Section 11.11, Education Code. Repealed by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1100, § 6(1), effective 9-1-97. Currently deposited to unappropriated General Revenue.
